Trettmann has announced his sixth studio album, *Stadt aus Gold*. It is due for release on 22 January 2027 and marks yet another fresh start for the artist. Blending dancehall, reggae, trap, Afrobeat and triple step, the album features airy productions combined with shimmering synthesisers and cool, playful drums. For the album, Trettmann collaborated with, amongst others, Jimmy Torrio, Stoopid Lou, the Waters twins and the Afrobeat production collective bees & honey. “Stadt aus Gold” tells of upheavals, new beginnings and the ever-necessary farewell to familiar sounds and tried-and-tested formulas.
