Megadeth say goodbye: Final German tour in 2027 An era comes to an end: Following the release of their final album, *Megadeth* (2026), the legendary thrash metal band led by Dave Mustaine will embark on a final world tour in 2027. In March and April, Megadeth will also be stopping off in Berlin for their farewell concerts.

Accompanied by Teemu Mäntysaari, James LoMenzo and Dirk Verbeuren, Dave Mustaine will bid farewell to his fans alongside one of the strongest line-ups in the band’s history. Since their formation in 1983, Megadeth have been among the most influential metal bands of all time. With classics such as *Peace Sells… But Who’s Buying?*, *Rust in Peace* and *Countdown to Extinction*, as well as over 50 million albums sold, a Grammy and numerous international chart successes, Megadeth have made music history.

With the ‘Breakout: Hibernation Of The Nations Europe Tour 2027’, the band is returning to Germany one last time – for four concerts that will mark the finale of an exceptional career spanning over four decades.
